Hi, I’m Chris Gregoriou! I created MetroBody as a genuine alternative in personal training. MetroBody Training is all about YOU & specifically to help you achieve your goals. This is not your normal commercial gym or health club; its far from it with hardly any scary machines. Instead we focus on strength training programs with natural movement.
Located on the outskirts of Melbourne CBD, The MetroBody Personal Training Studio has been created especially for busy urbanites.
My approach is upbeat, energetic and based on personal motivation. It’s not a sweatshop or boot camp. It’s about you, your lifestyle, the lifestyle you want to have and YOUR own health & fitness goals. We’re as much about daily exercise as we are about good nutrition and personal motivation.
My programs are designed to create a greater sense of well being, enhancing performance in one’s job and in every aspect of life. My sessions focus on YOU, regardless of whether it is a group session or private one. If you choose a group session you can rest assured it’s a small and personable one.
My goal is to help individuals remove barriers to their success and help them find what personally motivates them to achieve their goals. My greatest reward would be to help YOU discover your personal best.
